The Golden Ecosystem Rule

Johnny's Message at a Personal Level:

1. Know your ecosystem. The means you and your environment, jointly.
   
   
2. Keep it healthy. That also means you and your environment, jointly.
   
   
3. Follow the golden ecosystem rule: Do unto the ecosystems you share with others as you would have others do unto the ecosystems they share with you. Others means other forms of life.
   

Johnny's Message at the Biosphere Level:

1. The Biosphere is the living and life-supporting system of the Earth. Neglect it at your peril.
   
   
2. Support global initiatives that give sovereignty to the Biosphere in its own right. Pressure governments to appoint embassadors to the United Nations to act collectively in global interest, rather than under instructions from their respective governments.
   
   
3. On global concerns, vote with your feet, irrespective of political boundaries. Do not wait for governments to start a biospheric revolution. They never will on their own.
   
   
4. Support nongovernmental organizations that protect ecosystems and the Biosphere as a whole.
